 | I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Malibu. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Sam, and he provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and he answered all of my questions. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are a few minor problems, but they are going to get those taken care of for me.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in to get motor mounts, a water pump, and a new timing belt. It was quickly serviced, and I had to pay a fair price for the service. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was fine. There are no problems with my car now.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall, my experience was negative because they didn`t change the oil filter when I came in for an oil change. That part really upset me. It was quickly serviced and I only paid $5. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good otherwise. There are no problems with my car now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was neutral becuase I would rather not have been there. I brought the car in because the radiator was leaking. It was serviced in four hours and I only had to pay the $25 deductable. I believe I was given a receipt, and the customer service was alright. There are some small problems with my car, but I didnt have time to have them go over them becasue I had to be at work.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My salesman was African American. He was young and had short hair. He was pretty decent and nice. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am having a minor gas cap issue. It makes the check engine light turn on. I was approved for the car the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a problem with the fuel pump. It was quickly serviced and I did not have to pay anything because of the warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was great. When I first bought the car I had troubles with the window not coming up all the way, and I called them four days after my purchase expressing this concern. They told me just to bring it in when I came for an oil change, and by that time they said there was no warranty to cover the cost of fixing the windows. I don`t feel this is right, and now I have to pay to have the windows fixed. I feel that since I called them right after I bought the car that they should cover this under the warranty. Other than that there are no problems with the car.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didn`t fix the engine yet. I brought the car in for several different issues, such as the window on the driver side, a shimmy in the engine, and it acts like it`s going to stall. It was serviced in three or four days, and I did not pay anything because of the warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was alright for the most part. They couldn`t figure out what was wrong and it seemed like they were giving me the run-around. The engine is still shimmying.

 | I own a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car to get an oil change and because the breaks were making a grinding noise when coming to a stop. It was serviced in an hour and I had to pay a fair price becuase my warranty ran out. I was given a receipt, adn the customer service was okay. There man was very pleasnt and told me what needed to be done on the car. I am still having problems with the breaks grinding and I feel like I might not stop when applying the breaks.

The service engine light came on recently and I brought it in to have serviced. As soon as I got it back , the light came back on. That is disappointing since I just bought the car and the light is already coming on. I was approved the same day.

Overall my experience was neutral, because of the problems with the car and the process to get the car was too long. My salesperson was Erica, and she provided great customer service. When I got the car I heard a knocking in it, but they told me I would have to schedule an appointment. Also, the vehicle has an alarm system, but they did not have a remote that controls the system. Therefore, the alarm will go off and on at random times. I do not think it was right to sell a car in this condition. I was approved the same day, and there are no other problems with the vehicle at this time. The only problems are the knocking and the security system.
