 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My car was in for my car was making a loud noise and was overheating. They had my car for about two weeks. The service was under warranty. I am not sure if I received any paper work. The check engine light is on. The employees were great. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. Matt was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The brakes are squeaking.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. Josh was the name of my salesperson and he was awesome! When I purchased the vehile it was in good conditon and clean. However, I just bought the car and I have already went through a tank of gas and that is because my converter was out, so I took it to a different dealer ship to have it fixed and they didn`t treat me very nicely. It also took me a few days to be approved.

 | I own a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. Overall my experience was very positive. I worked with Mariella and she treated me very, very well. I was approved the first day I came in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it. I have not had any problems with the vehicle since I bought it.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The only problem I am having is that the keyless button combination on the door does not work.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. Our salesperson was a man, but I really do not remember anything about him. He was good in terms of customer service, and the car was in pretty good condition when we got it. However, a few days later there was a dragging that started from under the car. Sounds like a belt or something is dragging. I was approved the same day, and currently we are having problems with the transmission, as well as our lights on the dash that go on and off.

He was real straight forward with me and he told me what I needed to hear. When I purchased the car it was clean and in real good condition. The vehicle is running good today , I have no complaints. I was approved in that same day.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral, because they can not seem to get my problems fixed. I brought the vehicle in because when I shift it into reverse it will shake real bad and sometimes cut off. They had it for about 4-5 hours, but said they could not find the problem with the car. The same thing happened when I brought it in before when I was smelling burning in my vehicle. It just seems like they can never get my problems fixed. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were very nice, and currently the vehicle still shakes in reverse and I still can smell burning still.

My vehicle was in good condition and clean, and other than the check engine light that just came on, everything with the vehicle is good today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all, I would consider my experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Montana. The recker took my car in because it wouldn`t start. I just needed a new battery. The service was done quickly. I didn`t pay anything, but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was fine. The car is running today. My overall experience was positive.
