    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car in to have the battery changed. It took about 5 hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was pretty good. Currently the car is having a lot of wheel trouble. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my car into the shop because it was time for me to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me fine while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Crown Vict. I took the car to the service center because it was squeaking, jumping, and the stearing was off. I had to leave the car there for four days because there was so much work that had to be done. I didnt have to pay for anything, but they gave me paper work showing what they did to the car. I am not having any problems with the car not. The staff treated me pretty good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for the check engine light and the panel on the window on the passenger side keeps popping out. It was in the shop for 45 minutes. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were so far so good. I am going to have to take it in for the 4th time for the window. It keeps popping out where all the wires lie. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I bought my car from Donnie. He was great when helping me buy a car. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I purchased it. The car is doing good today, except sometimes it does not start. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for a problem with the engine; some kind of sensor. It was there for an hour and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but they didn`t fix the problem yet. I have to bring it back for another 2 days on the 5th. The staff there was excellent and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Escort. I brought it in for the motor. It was there for about 2 weeks and the service was covered. I did get a receipt. I am still having problems with it and it is back in teh shop again right now. The staff there was nice and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My car was in for a oil change and to check and see why I am leaking oil. They had my car for about thirty or forty minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were very good, I really like Max. There are no problems other than my car is still leaking oil. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Derick was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took an hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was real good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 or 30 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was great x 3. The experience was super positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was very positive. I brought my vehicle in because the battery died and I waited all day to get the vehicle back. It was a free service and they gave me a receipt. The staff were nice and Sharmayne is just as sweet as anyone could be. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Shy, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Two days after I got the vehicle, the check engine light came on and it is still currently on.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall my experience was neutral because I feel like I had to ask to many questions. I felt like the info. should of already been given to me. Jim was my salesperson and he was great. The vehicle was in good condition when I purchased it. Currently I am not having any problems with the vehicle. I was approved in the same day I came in .

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was cool, and I think I need tire rod service. Overall I would rate this experience positive.
