 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. The new vehicle that I recently purchased was in clean and good shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me was Derek. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it currently. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience postiive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about a half an hour. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in because it was humming,vibrating, and pulling to the left. It was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I did receive a reciept for the service. I droped the car off on Wed. and I picked it up on Friday. So I guess the service was quick. The vehicle is doing fine today. The staff was really nice.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for work on my door panel and brakes, and the service took 1-2 days. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were very nice, and currently my brakes are still squeeking.

 | I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. Overall my experience was positive. I had my brakes repairs, and my vehicle was in the shop for about four hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was marvolous. My fuel gauge was broken when I bought my vehicle, but the staff is taking care of that. I did not know that my fuel guage was broken untill I ran out of gas. The service department is having the fuel gauge fixed at a third party shop.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I took the car to the service center to have the transmittion replaced. They had the car for five days and I didnt like that. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but I got a receipt showing what they did to the car any ways. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff was patient. Overall my experience was neutral because they had my car too long.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Caravan. I worked with Richard on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did an alright job; I think I may have scared him a little! My car was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and it continues to run well and do the job today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and I would consider my experience with JD Byrider, and honestly, I was impressed with all of the people in all of the departments in the building.

 | I own a 2002 KIA RIO. Overall my experience was positive. My engine quit on me, so I had service. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My temp gauge fluctuates, so I plan to have serivce that problem in the near future. The staff was nice to me during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in because there was a broken belt. It took a few hours to repair. It was not covered under warranty, but they did the work for free because they thought it might have been caused by the last time the car was serviced. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently there are no problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Honda Passport. I brought the car in to have the air conditioning worked on. It has been in the shop for a month and a half so I told them to keep it. It was not covered under warranty and I do not believe that I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. They currently still have the car. I told them I was not going to make anymore payments until they fix it right because I had brought it in about fourteen times. Overall my experience was negative because it is taking so long to fix and I keep having to bring it back in.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Other. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took 30 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My heater is not working on the left side, so I plan to have more service on my vehicle tomorrow. The staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the service department.

 | I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. I took in my car for a wheel bearing on the right tire and there was a tire pressure light was on. The work took about four hours. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is doing great. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Kalieo, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was decent when I bought it, but there is an issues with it. My vehicle bumps when I slow down at a stop light. I plan to have the service department look at my vehicle when I return to town. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get new wheel berrings put on. They had my car for about half a day and while I was there the staff was fine for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running ok for me, I just still have to get a few minor things fixed.
