    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Dwight sold me the car. The car was in fair condition. I did ask for them to look at a grinding on the brakes. The process took an hour and twenty minutes. I liked the staff but my mom didn`t like Tina. My mom got my insurance setup and needed the vin before the insurance company closed but Tina made a point to tell her that I wasn`t approved yet. It was fine though and I got my car. My experience was positive. I love my car.

    I own a 2004 Ford Escape. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger white man who sat at the far right office, and he provided very good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 Honda Civic. I brought my car in for an oil change and it took two hours to complete. It was not covered under warranty. I paid $5. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was alright. I would say it was average. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall I would say my experience was negative because it took so long.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Silverado. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Andrew, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, I plan to bring my vehicle in because the door handle is sticking.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Mike, and he provided excellent customer service. They had to service the vehicle two times, but now everything is good. It took me two days to be approved, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My experience was neutral because I`ve had to bring the car to the service center six times since May. I took my car to the service center for a new battery, and the work was done in about an hour. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was okay, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought the car in to have the starter replaced. It was something I had to complain about several times so I didn`t have to pay the deductable. I did recieve paperwork for the service completed on the car. I have no complaints about the vehicle today. The staff has done a good job as far as customer service.

    I own a 2008 SATURN LS1. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. The vehicle was under waranty so I didn`t have to pay, and I did recieve paperwork for the service completed on the vehilce. I thought that the service was completed quick for me. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle today that I know of. The staff was good as far a customer service.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my car in for a routine oil change, and the service was done quickly, as always. My vehicle is not under warranty, but I feel the price I was asked to pay for the service was absolutely fair. The staff is beautiful and they take good care, and the car is running fine today. All in all, my experience with JD Byrider has been very positive.

    I own a 2004 KIA RIO. Overall my experience has been positive. Jimmy was the salesperson that helped my out and he was great! When I purchased the vehilce the condition was good and it was clean on the inside. I don`t have any problems with the vehile today that I know of. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 1997 Ford Escort Wag. I took my car in for an oil change and to get the transmission fluid changed. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything but did recieve paperwork. The customer service was excellent. The car is running okay today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My car was in for it was cutting off on me and for a oil change. They had my car for about two days. The service was under warranty, partial. They did give me paper work and a receipt. The employees were very nice and helpful. My car is still jerking. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Derek, and Deron both were the salespeople who helped me with my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the key to open the door gives me trouble sometimes when I try to open the door. The staff was good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my vehicle in because it was sluggish and it took about 5 days to get the vehicle back. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were alright with me. I have noth had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back. I had it in the shop 4 times in the first month I owned it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the work took about 15 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there are always nice, and I like them. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
