 | I own a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center because the car was running hot. The car was at the service center for three weeks before I got it back. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but I got a receipt back. I have to take the car in in the morning because the brakes have to be replaced. The staff treated me great.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Mike was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in somewhat good shape when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and I hear a rattling sound coming from the front end. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I had my vehicle in for an oil change, and also to have them take a look at a few other issues I have been having, including a high idle in my engine and some squeaking in my brakes. The service was don quickly for me. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I recieved all the paperwork documenting the service. The vehicle is running ok today, but I have to take it back in for some more work in the morning. The staff is excellent, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I had my window serviced, because it would not roll up or down, and was stuck in the down position. The service was done quickly for me, and I receieved all the paperwork from the service as my car was still under warrenty. The staff was excellent, and my car is doing fine today. All in all, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in so they could replace a hose, replae a motor mount and to get an oil change. I did get my car serviced in one day. I was not charged and I did get a receipt. I currently have no problems now. The staff overall were wonderful.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I bought my car from the salesperson who sits to the right. They were good at assisting me. The car was clean when I received it. They have to fix the a/c and dash lights. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was neutral, because it seems like they sold me a car that still needed worked on. My salesperson was Steve, and he provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was dirty when I got it, and I was approved the next day. Currently, I am having problems with the transmission.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I took the car to the service center because I was suppose to get a tune up. I got the car right back. I didnt have to pay anything because they didnt do it, but I got a receipt back. I was having trouble starting it and they didnt do anything about it. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was neutral because they didnt fix the problems.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about a half an hour. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was alright, and my car is running just fine at this time.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the heat wasn`t working. It was serviced in a few days, and I did not have to pay because this was the second time it was serviced for the same problem. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. I love them..they are beautiful in there. The car is making some noise and someone looked at it today. They said the screws weren`t tight so that is just a minor problem. Other than that there are no other problems with my car now.

 | I own a 1998 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 45 minutes. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehcle.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condiiton when I first got it. I do not have any problems with it now. CB was my salesperson and he was a really great guy. I was approved for my car the same day.

The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but the cd player doesnt work and the starter doesnt want to work. Overall my experience was neutral because the problems with the car.
