    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in because the motor was gone. It was in the shop for eight business days. It was covered under warranty, but I had to pay over $800 for a rental car. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car is having no problems. Overall I would say my experience was negative because I had to pay so much for the rental car and because the motor went out within three months of me getting the car.

    I own a 1998 Buick LESABRE LI. I brought my car in for the right side ball joints. It was in the shop for two hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were pretty good. I was informed that I need to replace the upper and lower tie rods now. Also the ball joint ate into the tire so I need to replace that and get an allignment. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for an oil change and for an inspection. The service was alright, but I still haven`t passed the inspection. The vehicle was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I recieved paperwork for the service. Today I am having problems with my vehicles heater, it doesn`t heat up fast enought. The staff has been good when it comes to customer service.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Dakota. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger, heavy-set man who was very easy to work with. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My truck is still running alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was neutral because when I took my car into the shop the first time they told me I had to bring my car back another time. They had my order a part to fix my car. They should of ordered it before I came. So I took my car back because of the power steering problems I was having. They had my car back to me that same day and while I was there the staff members treated me ok. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running alot better now.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. I brought it in for the seat control. It was there for about half the day, but it took 2 months for them to get the part in. The service was covered and I did not get a receipt. There are no problems and the staff was ok. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Expedition. I brought it in for a leak in the back, and for an oil change. It was there for about 2 days and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was really nice and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Todd, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. My check engine light has came on recently, but that is the only current problem.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Marquis. The only guy in the office sold me the car. I`ve haven`t any issues so far. The process took a day. The car was running and in good shape. The staff was really nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was there from 8 until 9,30 and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was excellent and the experience was very positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. I took in my car for a switch in the air bag. The work took a few hours. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is okay but feels sluggish though. The staff was pretty good. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase I still have problems with my vehicle. My transmission was jerking, so I had serivce. My vehicle was in the shop for about two days. My brakes are doing something, so I plan to have more serivce. I do not know how to describe what my brakes are doing, so I plan to have the service department look at them. I have had problems with my vehicle every since I have bought it. The staff was nice to me during the serivce of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 KIA RIO. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 10 or 15 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was pretty good to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. I took the car to the service center because there was something cracked. I didnt get the car back till the next day because it took awhile. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The car is running great. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.
