    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Keann was my salesman. He was good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 SATURN L200. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get a new battery. I am not sure how long it took to complete. It was covered under warranty and I believe that I received a receipt. The customer service was really good. Currently I think I need to have some work done on my brakes. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought it in because it was overheating. It was there for a day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was great and friendly. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 45 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My passenger tire is scrubbing against something, so I plan to have the service department look at it in the near future.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler 300M. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was a man who sat in the last office closet to the service department. His service was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. I am having my radio replaced tomorrow. Other than that my car is in good condition and I love it!

    I own a 2000 GMC Envoy. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center for an alternator, and the work was done within a couple of hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great, and my truck is running alright now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Chrysler PT Cruiser. The salesperson that I worked with was Jordan and he was really nice. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved first day. The vehicle seems to be pulling to the right. Overall my experience was neutral because it seems like the store was understaffed. It took a really long time to get the vehicle and leave.

    I own a 1999 SATURN Other. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it took about one hour for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very good, and I just had a windshield put in today. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Dakota. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Todd, and he was super nice. The customer service there was excellent. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. Tony was my salesperson and he was awesome with everything. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it and I have not had a single problem with it since I drove it off of the lot. I was approved the same day I walked in to buy the vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Buick Century. The vehicle was recently brought in for the window serviced, and it took two or three days for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. My check engine light is on now and I replaced the gas cap and that did not resolve the issue. rob was my salesperson and he was very pleasant and polite. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in to have work done on the engine. It took a week and a half to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. I am not sure how the customer service was. Currently something in the car still needs to be replaced and the heat is not working. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience has been positive. Harrold was the name of my salesperson and he was excellent. When I purchased the vehilce it was clean and in great condition. I currently don`t have any problems with the vehilce today. I was approved in the same day that I came in .

    I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. Rashawn was name of my sales person and he was fine when it came to customer service. When I purchased the vehicle it was clean on the outside , but the inside probably could have been cleaner. The car is doing fine today . I was approved in the same day that I came in.
