 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Other. Overall my experience was positve. My sales person was Dwight, and I was approved the same day. I was suppose to make two $600 payments. I was sick so I told that I could make a $400 payment instead, because my pay check was short. My vehicle was repossed already, beause they would not negotiate with me. The trim on the driver seat was busted when I bought my vehicle, and the lever was broke too. My sales person was nice during the purchase of my vehicle. I like the vehicle, and I plan to get it back as soon as I get the money.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. I had my vehicle in for service because I was hearing a thump sound when I would drive, and the problem was diagnosed as an issue with my transmission, and was taken care of quickly. My vehicle wasstill under warrenty when I brought it in, and I recieved all paperwork documenting the service. The staff was very friendly, and my vehicle is doing great today. All in all, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive. Happy Thanksgiving!

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because it was time for me to get an oil change done. The staff members treated me nice and friendly while I was there and they had my car done fast for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. John was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Pontiac AZTEK. I had to bring my vehicle in because there was a fan problem, a window had to be replaced, the vehicle was overheating and there was a noise. I got it back in one full day and it was covered under warranty. The staff were really nice to me. The noise is still going on. Overall my experience was neutral because the problem wasn`t fixed when I was told that it was.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I had to pay a fair price of $9.95, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was fine. They are always fine in there and there are no problems with my car now.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, but I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle is going in for brake service tommorow. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Mercury Mountainee. I worked with Charlie on the purchase of my vehicle, and I was not pleased at all with the way he treated my wife and I; I feel we were lied to, face to face. He informed us that 15$ worth of gasoline had been put in the vehicle, and when my wife arrived to bring the vehicle home, the low fuel light was on before she left the parking lot; by the time she reached our home, the vehicle was dieing. I had to go out in a seperate vehicle with a gas can just to get the vehicle to start, and when I inquired about the situation with my salesperson, I was told the gas gauge is broken, and that I should bring the vehicle in for service. I filled the tank myself, and low and behold, the gas gauge works fine; there just was not any gas in the car when they sold it to us in the first place! The vehicle was clean and in good shape however, and runs fine today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and other than the incident with my salesman and the gasoline, and the lieing and the like, my experience with JD Byrider, as a whole, has been positive.

 | I own a 2005 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. However, I am not too impressed with the quality of the car. My salesperson was Mr. Williams, and he provided fine customer service. The vehicle was making a noise when I got it, and I pointed it out to them. I was approved the same day, and currently my vehicle is still having a lot of noise. I plan to have it in for service soon.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Ranger. Eric sold me the car. The car was in good condition but the battery was replaced. The tail gate handles and the CD player is broke. The process took actually a couple hours. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.
