 | I own a 2005 Chrysler CIRRUS LX. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Tony and he was great. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car now, and I was approved the next day because we started late the first day.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Century. Overall my experience was poisitive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 KIA Sportage. I took my car into the shop because it kept shutting off. It was in the shop for a while. It was not under warranty and the price was not fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff was ok. My car still seems like it wants to shut off. My overall experience was neutral because there was some confusion about whether or not my car was being fixed. It was frustrating.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Dodge Grand Cara. Kevin was the salesperson that I worked with and he was great. The vehicle was clean and in fair condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I walked in. The windshield wiper fluid does not come out properly and needs to be fixed. Overall my experience was neutral because it took way too long.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me very well. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it showing what they did. Today my car is running ok for me.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. The vehicle was recently brought in for a new gas tank, and it was there for two days because I was out of town. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has issues every other month. Overall I would rate this experience negative because the vehicle always has trouble.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a minor repair, and the work took about an hour. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me real good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, I brought the car in to get the ignition fixed and that is complete. But the dashlights are not on and I still need to get that fixed now. Angela was my salesperson and she was wonderful and 100 percent. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car up to the shop so I can get my mirror put on. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff was really nice to me while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me and I have my mirror now. The only problem I had was it took them almost two days just to fix my mirror. They ordered my mirror and then they lost it. That is the only problem that I had.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Nissan Altima. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and the service was done quickly. My vehicle was still under warrenty, and I did recieve documentation from the service I had done. The staff did a good job, and my vehicle is running fine today. All in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider customer service as neutral, mainly becuase of the problems I have with the dealership re-scheduling service times I make with them; it is a recurring issue.

My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are some problems with my car right, but I`m not sure what they are. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I had my car in for a routine oil change, and to have my air conditiong serviced. The service was done quickly, and I recieved all documentation for the services because the vehicle is still under warrenty. The staff in the service department is fine, but I do question the sales staff at my dealership and feel they need to get it together. I have been waiting to see the rewards from my refferel bonus program, as I have refered 2 customers to my store, and I have yet to see any of the dividends from those I have refered, which is dissapointing. All in all, however, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.
