 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 GMC Jimmy. I had my vehicle serviced because the window is having issues being stuck in the down position, and I need a new motor for the automatic window. The service initially was done quickly, but I am waiting to have the part serviced, as the labor and part are not covered under my warrenty. I have recieved all the paperwork for the estimate and the work that has been done. The staff was good as always, and my vehicle is doing fine, although some mintor issues with the bearing are starting to become a problem. All in all, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as neutral, mainly becuase of the issues I have been having with my vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville. I took in my car for an oil change. The work didn`t take long. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is doing fine but there is a problem with the tire maybe the ball joint. The staff was fine. My experience was neutral because they have been good but I`m worried about whether or not I made the right choice purchasing this car.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Grand Marq. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and the service was done very quick for me. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I recieved all the paperwork for the services. My vehicle is running great today, however when I run the defrost setting there is a strange noise, but I have an appointment to have it looked at tommorow! The staff at my dealershop are great; they treat us like family, and are excited to see us everytime we come in! All in all, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive, so much in fact, I referred my brother, and he bought a vehicle as well!

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. I brought it in because it kept cutting off, and there was some work done from before on the brakes, but it was still doing it. It was there overnight and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but the engine light is still coming up again. I did talk to them manager about it, I just haven`t had the chance to go back in yet. The girls there were great, and the experience there was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Ramon, and he provided incredible customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was recently involved in a hit and run accident, and it has been stalling lately. Also the heat is not working properly, but I am not sure if those problems are due to the accident or not.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. I took in my car for what I was told was a free tune up. While waiting on the car I was informed that there would be charged over a hundred dollars for work on the car. I thought I would get the tune up before the winter and I had been driving it a while. Raymond setup the appointment for me on Nov 3 and said the work would be free. I ended up wasting my time off because he told me it would be free and I didn`t have the money to pay for the work done. I sat and waited for an hour and a half to be told there was a charge. The car is leaking oil it seems because there is oil in my driveway and I`m the only one using it. The car makes a knocking noise which I don`t know what is causing it. I didn`t get paperwork. The staff is nice and everyone has a nice attitude. It is just when you make an appointment it should be spelled out and you shouldn`t leave the customer guessing. They should make it clear cut, If we find something wrong then the tune up is free. I was upset because it was a waste of my time. My time is valuable. And I had to show up in between 8 and 9. They will get you in and out and everyone is pretty good. I do notice alot of banter about certain customers in front of other customers and I work in customer service and I know that isn`t right. My experience was positive overall with the dealership.
