    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and some minor issues inside the vehicle that I wanted looked at. The service was done quickly, and the vehicle was still under warrenty, so I recieved all the paperwork documenting the service. The staff is always good at my dealership, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Windstar. I took the car to the service center because it was making a rattling noise and to have a valve thing put on it. The car was there for about four day before I got the car back. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done because it was under warranty, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me ok. Overall my experience was neutral because they had the car so long.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. Jordan worked with me and he was very good to us. We were there for awhile and he fed us. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I came in. I have not had any problems with the vehicle since I drove it off the lot.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Jerred was the salesperson that I worked with and he did an excellent job working with me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The dome light was staying on so I took the bulb out and a vacuum hose slipped off the engine. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Stratus. My sales person was Rob. I was there for an hour and a half and the car was in excellent condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there went over and above, especially the sales person. He was an absolutley positive asset to JD Byrider. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was very positive. The vehicle was having electric shorts so I brought it in and had it back to me that same day. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were excellent and Sharmaine deserves a raise. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for a tune up and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because of the warranty, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good. It seems to be burning more gas than it should and the inside of the car lets a lot of air inside.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. My car was in for the wheel bearings. They had my car for about three or four hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. My car is making a knocking noise, they told me if I keep hearing it to bring it back in. The employees were very good. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience has been positive. Harrold was the name of the salesperson that helped me, and he did alright. When I purchased the vehicle it was in good condition and it was clean. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle today. I was approved in the same day that I came in .

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. I worked with Charlie, and he did an awesome job helping me; he was honestly wonderful. My vehicle was clean and in great shape when I picked it up, and it is doing just fine today. I had the check engine light come on, and I had it serviced and everything is fine. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be beyond positive. I have been letting everyone I know how great I have been treated by the entire staff, and in my current situation, I consider it a godsend to have been helped so well, and treated so nice.     I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Kalieo, and I was approved the same day. My vheicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. Kalieo did a good job as my sales person.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get an alignment and a new driving pin. They had my car in the shop for about four hours and the staff members treated me very well while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. I worked with Joe on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was a new guy and he did a good job, and was really, really nice. My vehicle was clean and in good shape when I picked it up, and other than a little squeaking in the brakes, the car is doing great today. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and overall my experience was positive with JD Byrider.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall mye xperience was positive. I brought my vehicle needed brake work, the fluids changed and an oil change and it took about an hour. I paid $57 and I got a receipt. The staff did a really good job working with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was a bald white guy with a thin beard. His service was good. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. I was approved for the car the same day. When I am driving and when I switch gears, I notice that the transmission is slipping. So I will have to take the car into the shop.
