    I own a 2005 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience has been positive. Bobby was the name of my sales person and he was very good. He was very helpful and he met all of my needs. When I purchased the vehilce it was in perfect condition. The car is doing fine today, it just needs a check up because there is a little rattleing coming from the front end. I was approved in the same day that I came in.

    I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. A short kinda stocky guy sold me the car. The car was in good condition and . The process took about forty to fifty minutes. The car needs brake work. The staff was fine. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. My salesperson was Byron, he was great. The vehicle was in good condidtion and clean. The car is doing fine today. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was neutral because of an incident with the general manager. I wanted a particular car and they were asking for a down payment, and I was offeneded by a particular statement she said.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, but I did not get any paperwork. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehilce. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I took my car in because the avab light was on. I had to take it to a dodge dealer to get the problem fixed. I didn`t pay anything, but did recieve paperwork. The customer service was excellent. I don`t have any problems with the van today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Ford Crown Vict. Overall my experience has been positive. Harrold was the name of my salesperson and he was very nice to me . When I purchased the vehilce everything was clean , but I notice when I drive it at night the lights with turn off and on. The vehicle is still doing this today. I was approved in the same day that I came in.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I need my front wheel alignment and brakes. Drew was my salesperson and hew as excellent plus 100%. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was very positive. I brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on and I got the vehicle back in six hours. I got a receipt and it was covered under warranty. I have not had any other troubles with the vehicle since I got the car back.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was neutral, because of the problems I have had with the vehicle since purchasing. My salesperson was Virgin, and she provided good customer service. When I got the car, I noticed a noise coming from it. I was approved that same day, and the vehicle is currently in the service center because it broke down.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took my car in for a water pump. The service was completed quickly. I had to pay, but the price was reasonable. I recieved paperwork for the service. The staff was good as far as customer service. The vehicle is doing good today. My overall experience was positive.

The vehicle was very clean and in good condition when I got it and I was approved first day. The ignition switch needs to be taken care of soon. Overall my experience was positive.
