 | I own a 2008 Dodge Caravan. Overall, my experience was positive. It was the best service I`ve ever had. I brought the car in because the ignition wouldn`t turn and it wouldn`t start. It was quickly serviced, and I did not pay anything because of the warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was excellent. I felt like I knew them in there. There are no problems with the car now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 SATURN LS. My car was the breaks. They had my car for about a half of day. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees I did not have any contact with, I just dropped it off and picked it up and they were not there. My breaks are still squeeking. My overall experience was neutral, because my car is not fixed.

 | I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was a tall blonde guy; he was good with customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it, except the passenger rear window will not roll down. The car is doing good today. My overall experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. I worked with Jordan and he was nice. Everything took too long and there was too much information. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was not approved the first day I came in. The alternator light came on and I have to make an appointment. Overall my experience was neutral because it took too long, there was too much info and I didn`t find out the full price until halfway through the paperwork.

 | I own a 2003 Buick Century. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I had to pay $5, and I don`t know if I was given a receipt. The customer service was good and there are no problems with the car now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. My salesperson Tim, and he was Tim. He was alright but highly frustrating. It took theree days to get approved for the car, because they didnt tell me what I needed. The car was in good condition when I got it, but it shakes a lot. They had me run all the way over ther because there was a paper not initialed. Overall my experience was neutral because the hassle with going there three times to finish the process.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Chrysler TC. Dwight sold me the car. The car was in what I thought was good condition. The transmission went out on the way home so they picked it up. The engine light was on and the cruise control stopped working when I got the car back. So they fixed a sensor and ordered the cruise control but the engine light is back on. I am in the mood to tell them to take it back right now and at the moment I am not satisfied. This is the first day I`ve had the car to drive it and I`m scare stiff because of the light being on. The process didn`t take long. The staff was very nice and I can`t argue about the customer service. My experience was neutral because they are trying to fix the issues which is good but I`m not happy with the condition of the car.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. My sales person was Terry and I was also helped by Charlie. I was there for 5 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was wonderfull. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 1994 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took my car in to get an oil change,and to have a tired rod fixed. The oil change was completed quickly, but I have to take it back for the tire rod. I had to pay, but the price was reasonable. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The staff is excellent as far as customer service. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I had my car in for service because of a grinding sound in the breaks. My service was completed quickly, and the vehicle was still under warrenty, so the shop went ahead and ordered a part for me that I needed to have the window repaired as well! I recieved all the paperwork for the service that was done, and the staff was great to me. My car is doing fine today, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle has trouble starting, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day, and I did not receive any paperwor. I still have the same problem, so I plan to take my vehicle back the service department. The staff was nice to me during the time that my vehicle was in the service department.

 | I own a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was J.J., and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.
